Members in good standing wishing to submit an Amendment proposal for the BARNSC Constitution and By-Laws must submit them no later than midnight of their respective time zone on March 1st, 2026. Proposals must be sent via email to the Committee Chairman, Nikki Manley, at pacific@americanrabbits.org. Per the C&BL, no exceptions can be made.

Members in good standing may expect to receive their ballots within the first full week of May. If you require a paper ballot, please reach out to the Secretary at secretary@americanrabbits.org. Members who do not request a paper ballot by 4/30/26 will be sent an electronic version.
